Delivery destinations
Ruvqen ships to the destinations available at checkout. A country appearing in the region selector does not guarantee delivery to every address. We do not accept orders for Cuba, Belarus, Ukraine, Niger, Mali, Russia, Central African Republic, Iran, Lebanon, Zimbabwe, Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Myanmar, Sudan, Libya, Haiti, North Korea, Nicaragua, Yemen, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela or Somalia.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your products, destination and order value. Free shipping applies only when your order meets the applicable product or shipping-profile conditions and checkout displays a zero shipping charge. There is no store-wide promise of free shipping for all orders.
Order processing time
We aim to prepare and dispatch paid orders within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing starts after payment is confirmed. If an item needs more time, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Estimated transit time
Standard international shipping is estimated at 7–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier and customs. The combined estimated time from confirmed payment to delivery is 8–30 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; customs checks, peak seasons, weather and address issues can extend delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. Check your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly about corrections; changes may not be possible once dispatch has begun. Contact us if tracking indicates a problem or the estimated delivery period has passed.
Import charges
Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international deliveries. Any charges collected by us are shown at checkout; other import charges may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier.
