Using our store
These terms apply to shopping at ruvqen.com, operated under the Ruvqen store name. Please review the product description, selected option, quantity, final price and delivery address before submitting an order. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Products and orders
Product availability may change. Images are illustrative; screens may display colors differently. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. If a material error or fulfilment problem affects your order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement; if the order is cancelled, any payment collected for it will be refunded.
Prices and payments
The selected currency and final total, including shipping and any taxes collected by the store, are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may charge separate conversion or processing fees. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy apply. We do not fulfil orders to the destinations excluded in the Shipping Policy.
