Frequently Asked Questions
How does the color change work?
The outer coating reacts to heat. Add a hot drink and the black finish gradually clears to reveal the rainbow design; it darkens again as the mug cools.
Is the reveal permanent?
No. The change is temperature activated, so the mug cycles between its black cold state and its revealed hot state.
How should I clean it?
To help protect the heat-sensitive finish, gently hand-wash with a soft sponge and avoid harsh abrasives.
What comes in the package?
You’ll receive the quantity selected: one mug with Buy 1 or two matching mugs with Buy 2. No extra accessories are included.
Will it fit my everyday coffee routine?
Yes—its familiar mug shape is designed for everyday hot drinks. It measures about 3.14 inches across and 3.74 inches high.
Can I put it in the microwave or dishwasher?
Those uses are not confirmed for this heat-sensitive finish. For the safest care, hand-wash gently and heat your drink separately before pouring.
